Do I need to set up a username/password?

Yes, you will need to set up a username/password. Once you've logged in, you will see all MCCU loans that qualify for payment through this online system. Please set up your account in advance of your payment due date(s), as not all MCCU loans can receive payments through this system.

Are there other ways to make my loan payment? 

Yes! You can easily make a one-time payment or schedule recurring payments from your MCCU account(s) through our It's Me 247 Online Banking platform. You can access this platform via desktop or by downloading our mobile app: MCCU Mobile. You can also give us a call, mail in your payment, or stop in at any MCCU location.

What's the best way for me to make a loan payment from another financial institution? 

If you prefer to pay through ACH, you will want to use the link above. The desktop version of this sytem can process both ACH and card payments, but the version of this software available through our online banking platform can only process card payments. 

What are the fees for using this service?

It is free to make a payment via ACH and $10 to make a payment with a card.
